CMI funded troll Titus Seruga aka Serubwa has run out of steam with his premature anti-Rwanda propaganda. The clown is struggling to convince his CMI supervisor Abel Kandiho to keep him on the payroll.
The nincompoop threw his weight behind libeling former ISO boss Kaka Bagyenda but the whole scheme hit a snag when Museveni appointed him as Ambassador to Angola contrary to CMI boss and his minions’ wish to have Byagyenda killed before 2021 elections.
