Over the weekend, while meeting with his political toadies in Kinshasa, tyrant Tshisekedi – a gross embarrassment of a president – ranted that he will “never sit down with M23 for negotiations”. He claimed they “have nothing to bring on the table.” The same group that’s just beaten him (and all his coalitions) hollow on the battlefield.
This character is the very definition of idiotic delusions.
Tshisekedi then stated that “instead of negotiating with M23, he would rather meet Rwanda’s Head of State.” This is simply childish. Tshilombo had previously ranted he would “only ever meet Kagame in heaven.” So now what, does he think they’ve now gone to heaven!
Talking to M23, according to Tshisekedi, would compel him “to have a mixed army”, meaning an army composed of soldiers of different tribes including those hailing from the east – meaning the tribalist clown is far more concerned about discriminating against some of his population than building a government for all Congolese.
In a meeting whose agenda, among other things, was to call and strengthen unity behind the army, Tshilombo dared claim he is “not ready for the politics of blending and mixing army.”
What? So this goon wants an army composed only of his Baluba tribesmen, or what!
This is one of the main issues with that mess of a country: a leader that’s ready to wreck everything, including all mechanisms that were established to restore peace in the DR Congo, including the recommendation by all regional peace initiatives: dialogue with Afc-M23.
Yet the so-called International Community will never hold him responsible for being the principal author of the conflicts and other problems that bedevil DR Congo.
They would rather heap all blame and criticism on Afc-M23, a movement that fights for the rights of eastern Congo’s herder, pastoralist communities, and to defend themselves against Tshilombo’s campaign of genocide to exterminate or expel them from their own country.
