Tshisekedi’s s gambit is to see chaos in Goma so that he can blame Rwanda

Congolese ruler Tshisekedi after violating all regional agreements meant to stop hostilities and cease-fire in eastern DRC, has now activated his plan B which is also the last plan to create insecurity in the city of GOMA to blame Rwanda as it has been his habit.

The Congolese army, FARDC, together with its coalition of FDLR, Wazalendo, Mai Mai and Mercenaries coalition the orders of Tshisekedi committed another war crime by destroying the electric line that transmits electricity to Goma – the city has been in darkness since then, and houses, churches, schools, and health establishments were also destroyed. Since this November the coalition of evil on the orders of Tshisekedi resumed its heavy bombardment in Nyiragongo /Kibumba/Bambo villages trying to target M23.

Gen Tshiwewe, the FARDC’s army chief under the orders of Tshisekedi landed in Goma where His first mission was to immediately meet with FARDC/FDLR/Wazalendo to finalize plans of creating more chaos in Goma and promise them full support, the army commander laned on the night of November 6th, after FARDC’s accomplishment of causing Goma city into a total blackout.

Tshisekedi’s army chief was also given another mission to appoint a new military commander in Goma Lt. Gen. Fall Sikabwe who is known for human rights violations with a mission of creating more chaos in Goma, Gen Sikabwe replaced Gen Chirimwami whom they think has failed to Implement the orders from Kinshasa.

The mission of Gen Tshiwewe also followed the heavy bombardment of FARDC and its coalition using the fighter Jet Sukoi in the villages around Goma where they even killed many innocent unarmed civilians and of course caused many displacements of civilians; this was done to aggress and push M23 force to move and capture Goma.

Tshisekedi’s only dream is to see the chaos in Goma where he thinks that the international community will come and help him blame Rwanda, however, the M23 has no intention to capture Goma, and it is against that backdrop that Tshisekedi must accept dialogue, as the current impasse is purely political, not military.
