As part of his assignment to mudsling President Kagame and his leadership, RNC mouthpiece David Himbara aka Murunganwa is struggling to form coherent arguments, he looks to have exhausted all the topics.
In his latest rants is smearing the President for “appointing foreigners” to top offices in country, but then what kind of a person thinks like that?
A fraud that calls himself a “professor”, Murunganwa thinks we don’t understand that even those countries in the West that have succeed at developing and industrializing employed foreign experts who brought new, innovative ideas to realize the economic revolution. Right-thinking Rwandans know that as an ambitious country, ours has to deploy all available resources to put together a competent, vibrant, and skilled workforce to attain development goals.
Himbara ought to know that Rwanda doesn’t discriminate and is an equal opportunity country where everybody is welcome to share their expertise, and if they love Rwanda, they can even be naturalized. Rwanda is governed on basis of meritocracy; days of sectarianism and divisive politics are over.
Murunganwa’s message is one of sectarianism, tribalism, and hate.
Now he is smearing Mauro de Laurenzo (who has Rwandan citizenship and who was recently appointed by the Cabinet as Executive Director of the Strategic Policy Council in the President’s Office), with hateful falsehoods. But knowing Himbara’s record as a fraud that failed (in similar duties as de Lorenzo’s) you can be sure his smears are nothing but jealousy mixed with grudges and spite.
Is Himbara jealous because this naturalized Rwandan citizen, Mauro de Laurenzo, cleaned up his mess? And revived the SPC Office which the incompetent fraud (Himbara) had turned into total mess?
Himbara (who, it has long turned out, faked his academic credentials, failed to formulate any single policy that would stimulate change in the economy of the country. But the shameless Himbara can’t have the grace, or the humility to shut as others clean his mess. What a travesty!
The RNC terror mouthpiece can never claim the moral high ground on how Rwandan affairs are run! He had his time to prove his “abilities”, but only proved to be an undisciplined, inept, drug sniffer that (to compensate for his weaknesses) chose to spend most of his office time moving from one office to another, sowing intrigues amongst his colleagues, than delivering.
The RNC troll should really take a chill pill, smoke his weed and leave Rwanda alone.
