The RNC propagandist David Himbara who is paid by Museveni and Rujugiro got another deal from his paymasters. The deal is to nurse miserable egos after Uganda missing out on the list of African countries with quality roads as of 2022.

Himbara, a fraudster that changed his name from Murunganwa to sneak into University now claiming to be an economist, consoles him that imaginary roads in Uganda are better. Museveni definitely knows that Rwanda has better roads, Himbara’s smear will not change anything.
As the paid mouthpiece struggles to give Museveni a crying shoulder in exchange for a paycheck, he also exposed a major problem with his master; If Uganda can’t make it on the list of quality roads, why is Museveni pretending to fix roads in another country when his own roads are rotten?
