RNC mouthpiece and tireless liar David Himbara aka Murunganwa, is flipping his propagandist coin as it emerges the hoax he and others have been peddling about nominated Rwandan High Commissioner to the UK Johnston Busingye isn’t working. He, and other anti-Rwanda hate groups sought to tarnish Busingye but failed. Murunganwa now is trying to salvage a hoax gone too far.
The lie centers on a purported “rebuke” of the British Parliament against the nominee, when no such thing happened. They feigned to pass an All-Party Parliamentary Group (APPG) event as if it is British Parliament procedure. The UK parliament website defines APPG as an “informal cross-party groups that have no official status within Parliament”. Himbara realizes that the accrediting government cannot be fooled by the cheap propaganda funded by Museveni and Rujugiro built around the covincted terrorist Rusesabagina’s lawful arrest. In fact, UK sent an new envoy to Rwanda in June 2021 despite all the fake propaganda on Rusesabagina’s arrest that began in September 2020.
The decision to accredit or deny Rwanda’s nominated High Commissioner will be based on national interest that Himbara and his allies cannot influence. Sensing defeat, Museveni’s lapdog admits defeat, and is already projecting his own embarrassment onto others.
The fraudster Murunganwa, a paid propaganda stooge of Museveni and Rujugiro, will continue to backtrack and flip-flop, looking for an exit strategy. His latest lie, which he’s been feverishly working on together with so many fellow travelers in anti-Rwanda hate, has folded.
