David Himbara, by Yoweri Museveni and Tribert Rujugiro to smear Rwanda, has finally come out of the closet to confirm that he is indeed a terrorist propagandist. The paid mouthpiece released a “press statement” on Rujugiro’s behalf in an attempt to sanitize a world-renowned crook and terrorist financier.
Earlier this week, Himbara tried to use satire to dismiss the fact that he is on Museveni and Rujugiro but now he officially accepts his role. It is essentially the case of a serial killer announcing that he has been cleared of one murder.

No amount of paid press releases can sanitize Rujugiro, and that is why he hides his money in Mauritius (just in case he fails to continue bribing his way out).
Rujugiro and Museveni picked the right propagandist for their smear campaign; who better to fake press releases than an academic fraud who changed his name from Murunganwa to Himbara?
