Desperate RNC mouthpiece David Himbara, basing on the activities of an informal group of people that do not influence anything in the UK, continues to tarnish the Rwanda designated ambassador to UK. His repetitive smears of course are to be expected, being on the payroll of Museveni and RNC chief financier Rujugiro. Himbara aka Murunganwa is spreading rumors and falsehood as part of their hate propaganda against Rwanda.
The liar has invented a term: “confessed kidnapper”, to tarnish the ambassador designate, in regard to how terror suspect Rusesabagina (now convicted) came to Rwanda. “Confessed kidnapper” sounds impressive, but only to the gullible. There is nothing like “a confessed kidnapper” in Rwanda. Rusesabagina boarded the plane that brought him to Kigali on his own will, and flew without resisting to Kigali where he alighted from the plane, without being forced. He thought the destination was elsewhere, where he would carry on with his terrorist activities. Rwanda simply was smart enough to lure him into the plane. And, like any other terrorist, he has been made to account for his role – especially as commander, and leader of FLN which has killed people, and destroyed property in Rwanda. The man is on video, calling for the violent overthrow of the legitimate government of Rwanda. Himbara the expert liar can’t spin away the truth of all this. All the apologists of Rusesabagina cannot.
Back to the UK, as it was clearly explained, the All-Party Parliamentary Group (APPG) on Magnitsky Sanctions, is not a formal organ of the UK parliament. The UK parliament website defines APPG as All-Party Parliamentary Groups (APPGs) are “informal cross-party groups that have no official status within Parliament.”
Obviously the anxious Himbara is trying to poison his audience by amplifying discredited information. Himbara, a lifelong fraud that even forged his academic credentials, does that to secure a monthly paycheck. He can only survive by spreading hate and propaganda against Rwandans.
He will fail again.
