The RNC mouthpiece David Himbara paid by Museveni and Rujugiro, is misleading, and smearing Rwanda with deliberately erroneous narratives as usual. To tarnish Rwanda, Himbara believes that he can influence diplomatic relations between Kigali and the UK. He will fool no one, and countries don’t function based on propaganda and conspiracy theories pushed by his type.
His recent attempt is a pathetic ploy to sabotage the accreditation of the Rwandan envoy to the United Kingdom. He voices wishful thinking, that the former minister of justice of Rwanda should not be accredited in UK as Rwanda’s High Commissioner. The RNC mouthpiece misleads his audience with insinuations that UK should hand pick who Rwanda sends to represent it; a logic that only a paid propagandist would dare advance.
In diplomacy, reciprocity is an important concept; if Rwanda does not hand pick who UK sends to Kigali, then UK will not do the same. Furthermore, the designated Rwandan envoy is not a stranger to the British government. As a Minister of Justice and Attorney General, he must have had interactions with foreign governments including UK. What argument would there be in rejecting his accreditation?
Himbara changed his name to Muruganwa after failing his high school to sneak into University. Not surprisingly, faking news and advancing wild conspiracy theories is what Himbara now does for a living.
However, Museveni and Rujugiro should demand more believable lies from their troll; his accreditation narrative is simply unbelievable!
