Barely two weeks after signing a peace deal with Rwanda, also while pretending to negotiate with the AFC/M23 in Qatar, Congolese ruler Felix Tshisekedi is already sabotaging both conflict resolutions. He’s engaged in highly provocative military actions.
Instead of de-escalating the conflict, Tshisekedi is once again deploying thousands of mercenaries, FDLR genocidaires, and armed terrorist militias in preparation for a massive offensive against Bukavu and Goma.
The offensive is currently planned in conjunction with Burundian President Evariste Ndayishimiye –Tshisekedi’s fellow genocide ideologue – as both warmongers desperately seek a “military victory after facing resounding and humiliating defeats in Goma and Bukavu (major towns in Eastern DR Congo).
From the port of Kalemie on Lake Tanganyika, a series of videos emerged showing thousands of masked armed men loading boats heading to Uvira on the border of DR Congo and Burundi. The massive troop movement on Lake Tanganyika is confirmed by highly reliable government sources in Bujumbura that also indicate Burundi has deployed additional troops in Congo.
“Uvira is swarming with all kinds of armed terrorist groups, genocidaires, mercenaries and Burundian forces. Tshisekedi is now shipping mercenaries and FDLR terrorists on lake Tanganyika to Uvira. The small town has become a rendez-vous point,” a source revealed on condition of anonymity. “I would say, without fear of contradiction, that a large scale offensive is imminent and planned from Uvira”, they added.
Predictably, Tshisekedi and Ndayishimiye’s stratagem was to use negotiation as a ruse to reorganize and plot a military offensive.
Since the beginning of the conflict, Tshisekedi and Ndayishimiye’s sole military objectives has been to massacre Congolese Tutsis and “Swahiliphones” by raiding and bombing their villages. In their ethnic cleansing campaign, they forged alliances with the FDLR genocidaires and added regime change in Rwanda as a primary objective to secure the mineral exploration and exploitation of eastern provinces of the DR Congo. The senseless ethnic cleansing of eastern provinces and regime change in Rwanda remains Tshisekedi and Ndayishimiye’s objectives. Unable to ganner support for their horrific plans, they rely on mercenaries, FDLR genocidaires and forced Burundian conscripts.
Observers and mediation teams all agree that peace in DR Congo cannot be achieved unless Tshisekedi brakes his entanglements and promises to FDLR and the Burundian regime. Mounting a military offensive after signing a peace treaty, while negotiating a cease fire, will only derail peace efforts. It is irrefutable proof that Tshisekedi wants war.
