Recently, DR Congo’s drunken goon of a “justice minister” Constant Mutamba sent over 100 youths (suspect petty criminals known as kuluna) to their deaths by execution in prison, after he issued the death penalty to them by the roadside. No trial, no chance for the youths to defend themselves in any forum, let alone court. No sir! The words of a visibly inebriated Constant Mutamba were enough.
A worse regime of thugs has never been seen on earth.
Now they’ve turned their sights onto journalists; those that dare publish truth about any aspect of the atrocious war they’ve declared on Tutsi communities of the east – Congolese citizens whose only crime is that they speak the Kinyarwanda language. As everyone that’s a bit informed knows, these communities, rather than sit around (and wait for Tshisekedi’s legions of bloodthirsty mass murderers, the FARDC together with the genocidal FDLR, the terrorist Wazalendo, together Burundi government troops) fought back under the banner of the M23 movement.
Lo and behold, M23 started to give the coalition of mass murderers a bloody nose. The M23 inflicted defeat after defeat on the tribalist thugs that are bent on depriving them of their rights as Congolese, whose land is in DRC.
Videos and pictures of Tshisekedi’s armed thugs fleeing battlefields, running away while abandoning war materiel that’s subsequently captured by “the Lions of Sarambwe” are legion.
Tshisekedi was made to look a worse clown than he actually is.
He had long thumped his chest that “he would finish M23 in a short time, and send them back to Rwanda” (of course working in his lie that a native Congolese group which rose to defend itself against his genocidal campaign somehow is “Rwandan”).
They care little about Tshilombo’s propaganda however. They are content to keep hitting him where it hurts.
Howling (more out of embarrassment than anything else) now Kinshasa regime big cats have resorted to threatening anyone, most of all journalists, that report the truth of the war, with death. They’ve gone as far as suspending Al Jazeera broadcasts in DRC, because the internationally respected broadcaster wouldn’t toe the Tshisekedi line.
Matters are only getting started.
Constant Mutamba – who else – has promised to subject all local journalists and religious leaders to the death penalty, if they dare to report on M23 conquests.
The Kinshasa officials in charge of national propaganda sent threats to RFI, France 24 and TV5, that they would “impose the full force of the law”, if they too dare to communicate M23’s victories over FARDC-FDLR-Burundians-mercenaries-militias coalition.
Some prominent journalists because of fear have started to announce that they’ve stopped publishing anything related to the war.
Only the corrupt UN propaganda outlet, Radio Okapi, has agreed to join Tshisekedi mouthpiece Patrice Muyaya’s propagandist editorial line of propaganda.
Before that of course the Congolese National Broadcaster, RTNC, was ordered by Muyaya to join, and then lead their propaganda. As of now, three Journalists have been killed by the Tshisekedi regime, because of refusing to join Muyaya’s propaganda machine.
The regime will stop at nothing in its effort to control the information flow, and keep manipulating Congolese while diverting attention from its blunders and failures.
They will fail, like they fail at everything else.
