Tshilombo barks out, like a mad dog, another threat against Rwanda

The Tshilomboïsts regime has, as usual, unleashed a torrent of far-fetched propaganda claiming that “President Tshisekedi is determined to pursue President Kagame wherever he is hiding.”

This absurdity was trotted out at a conference on October 31, in South Africa, by the DRC’s so-called Deputy Minister of Justice for International Litigation, one Samuel Mbemba Kabuya.

First of all Tshilombo has, many times and like a barking dog, threatened “to march on Rwanda, to crush Paul Kagame”.

He probably imagines that the Eastern European mercenaries in his employ (whose salaries far surpass those of his starving, neglected, and demoralized FARDC soldiers) will help him.

Secondly, with his usurped five-year term, this deluded donkey, Tshilombo spent the equivalent of two years abroad, taking 666 pointless trips – all funded by beleaguered Congolese taxpayer.

The fact is, he is like a market madman issuing threats, because he has further depleted his already bankrupt country of any resources, and so he wouldn’t even finance any ludicrous war on Rwanda.

He has been far too busy hosting extravagant soirées, indulging in opulent drinks, and living a royal lifestyle that his citizens can scarcely fathom.

On the other hand the President of Rwanda is practiced at ignoring the sound of barking dogs. He is fully preoccupied with delivering on his promises to Rwandans, safeguarding their hard-won peace, and building more prosperity.

The explanation for Tshilombo’s behavior is obvious, and one that only the blind can’t see, by now. He has nothing to show for his six years in power. Insecurity in DRC is far worse than at any time in its 64 years of independence. Same with poverty (with DRC now among the half-dozen poorest countries in the world). Civil servants are rarely paid their salaries. Illegally armed militias maraud in the east, taking advantage of absence of government, (or actively encouraged by the criminal Tshisekedi).

Tshisekedi’s strategy then has been to turn Rwanda into the scapegoat, to blame all problems of his doing upon!

That’s all.

But he better be careful what he wishes for, with his loud, constant threats of war. He might reap something he would absolutely regret!
