Tshisekedi’s Gestapo Targets Congolese Citizens Amid Article 64 Uprising

Congolese ruler Tshisekedi alias Mabundi, has secured a second term as President of the DRC through a nomination orchestrated by his Kasain sibling, the president of crooked CENI, Denis Kadima Kazadi.

This comes despite the clear verdict of the Congolese people who voted him out, only to be cheated! The whole population is tired of his five-year term marked by nothing but self-enrichment through pharaonic embezzlements, 666 useless trips (to blame Rwanda for every woe), and the brazen cheating of the opposition. Now, Tshisekedi, in a bid to quash any dissent against his electoral fraud, has unleashed his Praetorian Guard of Luba-Kasaïan soldiers, present day Gestapo, on Katanga.

For a start, Tshisekedi deployed 2,500 soldiers to Katanga to stop any demonstration supporting the application of Article 64. This legal provision empowers the Congolese people to safeguard the Constitution in the face of violations, such as Tshisekedi’s electoral fraud. The directive to dispatch these troops originated from influential tribal Kasaians who currently lead the DRC. These include none other than Tshisekedi himself, alongside key figures like Peter Kazadi Kankonde, the Minister of the Interior, Madame Rose Mutombo Kiese, Minister of Justice, Eddy Mundela, Vice-President of the Senate, Jacques Tshibanda Tshisekedi, brother of the President and coordinator at the National Internal Security Council (CNS), and Nicolas Kazadi, the Minister of Finance.

Following that meeting, numerous Katangese youths and high-ranking military personnel found themselves detained by what can only be described as the Tshilomboian Gestapo. These Katangese are suspected of having planned a peaceful demonstration to contest the Brezhnevian score of 73.34% concocted by Tshisekedi’s tribal Kasain Brother, Kazadi who leads the CENI. This is an autocratic reaction to the electoral outcomes, highlighting Tshisekedi’s consolidation of power and his readiness to employ military force to suppress any dissent, thereby challenging the legitimacy of the duly elected president, Moïse Katumbi Chapwe.

Furthermore, Tshisekedi is determined to go to extreme lengths, including resorting to the assassination of Kabila and Katumbi. To carry out this plan, he deployed General Makombo from the DEMIAP (Directorate of Military and Anti-Homeland Investigations) and ANR head, Daniel Lusadusu Kiambi, with the additional reinforcement of General John Tshibangu. Adding to the gravity of the situation, Tshisekedi released Eddy Kapend, who had spent two decades in Makala for his role in the assassination of M’zée Laurent-Désiré Kabila on January 16, 2001. Elevating Kapend to the rank of brigadier general, Tshisekedi appointed him as the commander of the 22nd military region in Katanga, evidently with the mission to carry out the assassinations of Katumbi and Kabila.

In summary, the Congolese, especially those in Katanga, are grappling with what can be aptly described as a “MUANA MBOKA YA MOYIBI” or a hometown child with a clouded vision. Throughout his illegitimate five-year tenure, Tshilombo, during his usurped presidency, tirelessly chanted the same refrain: “It’s the fault of…!” This blame game did little for the Congolese people, as Tshisekedi continuously pointed fingers at Rwanda, Joseph Kabila Kanambe, whom he insists is Rwandan, Moïse Katumbi, dubbed a “Zambian,” Martin Fayulu, labeled a “Senegalese,” and the list goes on. Tshisekedi, in his unconscious and incapacitated tribalist mindset, consistently sought scapegoats and excuses, conveniently evading his responsibilities. It’s now imperative for the Congolese to liberate themselves by invoking Article 64 of the Constitution.
