Notable anti-Rwanda negativists Judi Rever, Michela Wrong, and Filip Reyntjens have re-engineered their hostile campaign on social media in their unending animus against Rwanda. But they are so cheap, so low that they can never impress anyone with some capacity to think. They have been exposed time and again as incorrigible frauds.
Starting with old Habyarimana apologist Filip Reyntjens, a Belgian academician who has always been obsessed with Rwanda; his daily job is to wake up every morning sitting on Wifi reading news about Rwanda and smearing the Rwandan leadership by distorting facts about Rwanda’s history, and of course amplifying all other falsehoods peddled by fellow anti-Rwanda elements and groups.
Reyntjens, a notorious crusader of genocide ideology, has long lost credibility with his rants and biases about Rwanda, which can never be taken at face value. This decrepit old genocide ideologue after all is responsible for Habyarimana constitution!
Another loser is Judi Rever, a Canadian rogue who can’t survive without mentioning Rwanda in her daily tweets and articles. She even authored books full of smears against the Rwandan Government, but shockingly the books gather dust on book shelves and a few of them are only read by Genocidaires and their sympathizers.
Despite all Rever’s efforts in tarnishing the image of Rwanda, her country keeps ignoring her (despite her wishes to be taken seriously$. But states don’t work like that. They are run by sober people. Recently, the Canadian Government announced its plans to open an Embassy in Rwanda to further its diplomatic ties with Rwanda.
Canada has continued to work with Rwanda, constructively, on issues of mutual interest. Today, Canadian PM Justin Trudeau is giving a platform to survivors of the 94 Genocide against the Tutsi, and reaffirming his Government’s support to them and ensuring similar atrocities never happen again. Many Canadian Member of Parliament are standing with Rwanda in fighting against genocide denial, despite Judi Rever’s efforts to spread her “Double Genocide” theory, the woman is another loser.
Last but not least, Michela wrong, the British failed journalist can only put the food on her table by running falsehoods in the Western media outlets. Wrong wrote a book premised on vendetta-driven thoughts (due to her slain terrorist part-time boyfriend- Patrick Karegeya). Her book was discredited owing to half-truth and fictitious allegations in it targeting the current leadership in Rwanda.
Despite the deranged woman’s efforts; the British Government remains the a big supporter and admirer of the Rwandan Government’s good governance model, not forgetting working with Kigali on a Migration Partnership that will see a humane solution to dangerous migration patterns by illegal immigrants to UK.
The losers ought to revisit the Rwandan president’s recent remarks. “The spirit and the resilience of the Rwandan people that fought evil and stopped the genocide against Tutsi still prevail. These are cherished values by the majority of Rwandans and are unbreakable under any form of pressure or distraction by naysayers. Rwanda is here, to stay.”
The mentioned naysayers and prophet of doom are the likes of Reyntjens, Judi Rever, and Michela Wrong.
