Convicted genocide denier Ingabire Victoire Umuhoza (IVU) has taken to social media to insinuate that the Rwandan authorities barred her from attending the “Oslo Freedom Forum” in her consistent futile efforts to forcefully win the accolade of an “opposition figure”.
The forum that IVU rants to have not attended was created by anti-Rwanda elements involved in a purported human rights activism yet trivializing the plight of victims of the 1994 Genocide against the Tutsi and terrorist Rusesabagina’s armed terror attacks.
The rogue woman’s social media posts were nothing but funny smokescreens meant for a naïve and gullible audience given the fact the very same woman remains such a beneficiary of the presidential clemency that was released on parole; something she could not hint at her dirty propaganda.
Ingabire was sentenced to 15 years in 2013 by the Supreme Court and she is not yet to enjoy the full freedom including travelling abroad as per provisions of article 250 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (Law No. 30/2013 of 24/5/2013).
In September 2018 the unrepentant and heartless criminal benefited from presidential clemency to be released from prison, only to abuse that clemency. She had written to the President many times begging for the clemency and committing to change (see copies of her manuscripted letters), but when she got it, she became even more devoted to her terrorism plans.
IVU should get what she is looking for, and that’s being deprived of presidential clemency.
