Convicted genocide denier and sponsor of some anti-Rwanda militia groups Ingabire Victoire Umuhoza (IVU) together with her overseas-based allies have revealed a ploy to destabilize the next presidential elections slated in 2024 if they are not facilitated in time to hold “dialogues” with the Government of Rwanda.
IVU said she has already sent a letter to the UN Secretary-General petitioning the multinational body and the International Community to weigh in and pressure the Rwandan Government into accepting what she refers to as “Inter-Rwandan Dialogue as a political conflict avoidance device”.
The petition signatories include members of the so-called “opposition political parties” mainly of “Ibigarasha”, the crooks that failed accountability demands and escaped justice to form RNC terrorist group, and genocidaires circles such as FDU-Inkingi and Jambo ASBL among others.
Speaking exclusively at VOA (Kirundi and Kinyarwanda programme) yesterday, IVU blatantly insisted that the “dialogue” ought to take place if the presidential elections are to be held “freely”, the unrepentant criminal was hinting at her ploy to sabotage the elections.
The rogue woman alleges that particularly elections in Rwanda are not free and fair, but her utterances contravene the reports by competent, credible and independent election observers; Rwandan elections are commended globally for fairness and transparency.
Rwanda has made it clear that it won’t ever consider negotiating with terrorists and people responsible for the 1994 Genocide against the Tutsi as these criminals only deserve to be brought to book and answer for their crimes.
IVU and her allies are on a suicidal mission that won’t succeed. They are daydreamers. Watch this space!
