Terrorist propagandist David Himbara aka Murunganwa, sponsored by Museveni and Rujugiro, is publicly day dreaming with a fantasy that the US is “isolating” Rwanda. He adds to his fantasy that the President of Rwanda “cleared” the street of Kigali when he was attending the car free day event.
Aware that his distortions on the US Secretary of State’s speech in ECOWAS (Economic Community of West African States) will be short-lived, he now claims to be able to see what is happening in the Kigali car-free day from his hideout in Toronto. In the event, the President encountered a number of residents of Kigali who took pictures and videos but the paid mouthpiece ignored them as they might harm his propaganda. Facts, however, are stubborn.
For instance, the US Secretary of State Antony John Blinken’s speech is actually the opposite of what Himbara and his hostile propaganda peddled. During the speech, the Secretary said the following, “The United States firmly believes that it’s time to stop treating Africa as a subject of geopolitics – and start treating it as the major geopolitical player it has become.” Even the BBC reported that Blinken’s speech was actually an announcement of a new US foreign policy. BBC noted that the US Secretary of State “steered clear of the condescending lectures of the past”.
Himbara continues to live in a bubble with his senile sponsors, a fantasy where he can foul his audience that the US and Rwanda are not enjoying normal diplomatic relations. How would he then explain that on the 18th of November 2021 Samantha Power tweeted, “Great news from Rwanda: 92% of adults in the capital, Kigali, are now FULLY vaccinated” and went on to congratulated Rwanda?
Just like his sponsor, the academic fraudster that changed his name from Murunganwa to Himbara after failing high school has lost any sense of reality. Their hostile propaganda is falling apart and they – Museveni, Rujugiro and Himbara – are now daydreaming publicly.
