As always, sponsored by Museveni and Rujugiro, David Himbara attacks, and tries to smear every positive Rwandan development. Now the Agaciro Development Fund (AGDF) is his target. The mouthpiece claims that the sovereign AGDF fund did not help in mitigating the impact of Covid-19 – a baseless lie is designed to please his sponsors.
The US$200 million development fund is heavily involved in mitigating the Covid-19 pandemic, but the traitor knows that very well. Murunganwa is just consumed with the resentments, so he lies relentlessly.
The Agaciro Fund is also a full member of the the International Forum of Sovereign Wealth Funds (IFSWF), which regulates how sovereign funds operate. Himbara the RNC mouthpiece, in insinuating that AGDF should have handed out cash, confused the sovereign fund to development and central banks. Let those whom Himbara attempts to confuse know that things do not work like that.
Murunganwa and his corrupt sponsors however are naked! Uganda’s rulers run a scam called Operation Wealth Creation (OWC), basically a money laundering scheme for cartels that loot public coffers. Everyone in Uganda knows this massive scam and its purposes to milk Uganda dry. Murunganwa by attempting to throw mud at Agaciro is in effect projecting, on behalf of his sponsor.
They deceive no one but themselves.
