With propagandists like Debile Sulah Nuwamanya Wakabiligi as your best communicators, the RNC and allied terrorists will forever be incoherent and dumb.
Sulah Nuwamanya, who has suddenly become more Ugandan than the Kabaka, studied journalism and mass communication at the National University of Rwanda on a free Rwanda Government Bursary. To qualify, he presented fake secondary certificate papers from Uganda, and also claimed to be half Rwandan. That is how he attained his free university education – fraudulently.
But I leave that to the judiciary. My problem is that all his four years at university and Rwanda tax payers’ money went to waste. For a communicator, he can’t even construct a sentence in English or Kinyarwanda.
Case in point, in his recent post, he must have told his boss that he was going to pen a ‘masterpiece’ on why Uganda should not normalise relations with Rwanda.
We should not forget that Sulah Nuwamanya and his boss, Brig. Abel Kandiho, are the cause of tension between Rwanda and Uganda. They should renounce their terrorist plans against Rwanda if there is to be peace between the two countries. Alternatively, he should relocate to another country with his wife in crime – Prossy Boonabana!
As for his rant for a travel advisory, he should request his government to issue on smugglers and drug traffickers. The advisory should tell Ugandans to stop smuggling and trafficking drugs and other products into Rwanda, and in case they dare it they should bear the consequences. Ugandans just like other citizens are welcomed to Rwanda through gazetted border points.
Disappointingly, this is how he started with his title: ‘The dangers of diplomatic appisement and dancing with the devil that has no remorse’. Now, even my primary five kid knows the spelling of APPEASE! The rest of the content in the post is even worse, you can’t understand a thing he is saying about shooting and the Ugandan foreign minister ‘still feeling sweet.’
Ladies and gentlemen, i present to you the prospective ‘Minister of information’ in the next RNC Cabinet.
Lastly but most importantly, Nuwamanya just like his fellow RNC sycophants Gideon Rukundo Rugali, Prossy Bonabaana, Titus Seruga, RPF Gakwerere have been making money from the two -year long standoff between Rwanda and Uganda; for them normalizing relations between two sister countries means loss of business and a threat to RNC activities in Uganda, where they have established their recruitment and mobilisations bases. They have vowed, by hook or by crook, to sabotage the peace process to protect their interests.
