On December 26, during his visit to Mbuji-Mayi province, Warmonger Tshisekedi lashed out at President Paul Kagame, claiming Kagame “runs away from him” and “cannot look him in the eye.” Tshisekedi is a child.
He claimed he attended a summit in Luanda, knowing Kagame would not appear. So naturally the Kinshasa clown claimed Kagame’s absence was “a sign of fear.”
But since when is a lion afraid to stare into a chicken’s eyes?
A small needle indeed is enough to deflate this bag of manure, Tshilombo.
This clown’s remarks included personal insults, such as calling President Kagame “a worthless little man” (“Kalumiana”), conduct of a sewer rat that somehow became president of DRC.
Tshilombo is a sewer rat with the brain of a maggot.
So, let’s look at his claim that “Kagame is afraid of him”, what then did he mean that time when he proclaimed he would “only meet Kagame in heaven”?
Was Angola heaven, and did he go there thinking he was going to meet Kagame in heaven? What an imbecile…
Over the year has made sweeping declarations, from threatening to bomb Kigali, to promising regime change in Rwanda. He’s slung insults at the Rwandan president, and uttered countless threats against Rwanda. But he’s never done a thing to carry through with his threats, thereby exposing himself to be a dog whose bark is worse than his bite.
Tshisekedi’s noise is a means to divert attention from his regime’s failures. Facing widespread discontent in his country for his regime’s massive failures of governance, he uses Kagame as a scapegoat. It’s become old.
It isn’t getting him anywhere at all.
Tshisekedi’s repeated provocations against Rwanda have been met with restraint (in Rwanda) and very little reaction from the international community, even as they advocate for the Luanda peace process.
But his behavior will have consequences that he will regret.
