The 17th chamber of the Paris Criminal Court has today ruled that the acidic genocide ideologue and anti-Rwanda shill Charles Onana guilty of denying the 1994 Genocide Against the Tutsi.
The crackpot Cameroonian academic together with his accomplice and publisher (of his genocide denialist and revisionist books) Damien Serieyx were dragged to court this year on charges of historical revisionism that belittle, distort, degrade and deny the 1994 Genocide Against the Tutsis in Rwanda.
A group of civil society organizations defending genocide survivors against hurtful lies and revisionism that seeks to deny the survivors’ lived experiences and suffering lodged the case against Onana, to check his vitriol that he and his accomplices were spreading across Europe, specifically in countries like France, Belgium, Sweden, among others.
Spearheaded by senior counselor Richard Gisagara and others specific groups like The League of Human Rights (LDH); The International Federation for Human Rights (FIDH); The Ibuka France Association; The International League Against Racism and Antisemitism (LICRA); The Civil Parties Collective for Rwanda (CPCR) and The Rwandan Community of France (CRF), the case which began in October this year has been ruled in favor of the plaintiffs.
The Court’s President Delphine Chauchis stressed there is no longer a safe haven for genocide deniers (in France).
Onana, has been receiving payment from the Tshisekedi regime in DRC, among others.
