Commonly known as the grieving concubine of a deceased terrorist Patrick Karegeya and one of acidic anti-Rwanda agents, Michela Wrong has been hoping from forums to forums; radios to radios in search for attention and an opportunity to smear Rwanda and her leaders.
In a cynical drive to promote her French version book titled “Rwanda Assassins Sans Frontieres, which is a translated piece of a flopped “Do Not Disturb” Michela Wrong, has been working hard to divert and influence international opinion on Rwanda, in vain.
The last resort for her hopeless campaign is now to solicit audience in YouTube channels mainly run by subversive groups like Itahuka of RNC terror outfit or MaxMillon edition sponsored by anti-Rwanda reactionaries.
Of key lying topics Wrong has chosen to discuss, include the life of terrorist Patrick Karegeya, her deceased lover and Seth Sendashonga, a former Interior Minister on the post genocide government who died in exile in Kenya.
Wrong for example tries to create an imagery of his deceased part-time boyfriend Karegeya as a spymaster who broke up with his superiors on basis of disgruntlement, repression and looting of foreign states.
What Michela Wrong ignores and does so deliberately, to portray Rwanda government in the bad faith, is the fact that Karegeya had hyped himself so much that he thought he could depose the current leadership in Rwanda.
Prior to his exile to South Africa via Uganda and Kenya Karegeya himself was at the center of gross corruption schemes whose intent were actually to create a subversive base that would be used in toppling the legitimate leadership in Kigali together with other terrorists like Kayumba Nyamwasa, Robert Higiro, David Himbara and others.
With regard to people like Sendashonga, Wrong, against all odds, finds extensive vocabulary to depict him as a victim of state sanctioned assassination. Laughably, she credits him in the most fictitious manner as “the highly respected politician of RPF.”
It is only a gullible follower who can fall for Wrong’s fictious tales about Sendashonga, a failed politician who hailed from ‘MDR Power’ party which had been integrated in a transition government to observe the principle of multi-party politics, but terribly misbehaved to the day he found himself in exile.
Just like Karegeya who was shot in South Africa by a gang of thugs, obviously, due to his involvement in various criminal activities to make a living, Sendashonga died in similar circumstances in Nairobi.
It is no secret that Wrong’s end game is not only to sustain a negative campaign full of lies against Rwanda, with Rwandans heading to the polls next year, she is doing everything possible to entrench hatred between Rwandans and their leaders. That merely explains why she has been intensifying her anti-Kagame campaigns by running a host of interviews with YouTube Radio Channels like Itahuka and others.
