Anti-Rwanda terror group-RNC publicist (masquerading journalist) Michela Wrong’s article on the Foreign Affairs is another testament that Wrong is an agenda-driven and biased observer, who twists everything to feed her smearing campaign against the Rwandan leadership.
In the article, Wrong went against the fact that FDLR poses a threat to Rwanda. She explained that the FDLR’s fighters ‘number between just 500 and 1000’, and again ruled out that the genocidal group poses a threat to Rwanda.
It is unsurprising when Wrong whitewashes the existence of the US sanctioned genocidal group-FDLR, just becaused the rogue woman has been in bed with the genocidaires, their chief sponsors and genocide revisionists.
The argument of the declining numbers of FDLR combatants intends to delude people. FDLR remains an indefatigable terrorist group with a genocidal ideology which has been enjoying Tshisekedi regime’s support to disrupt Rwanda’s peace. Worth mentioning that Tshisekedi’s support has given much confidence to FDLR to conduct more deadly armed attacks on Rwandan territory.
Lately, Robert Wood, United States Representative in UN Security Council expressed concerns over the unholy alliance between the Congolese army- FARDC and illegal armed groups, most especially the genocidal FDLR.
FDLR’s terror acts on Rwanda territory resulted in deaths of innocent citizens, while scores were maimed and property destroyed. For instance, in 2019, FDLR attackers killed 8 people and wounded 18 others in the Northern Province; however, such atrocities go unnoticed by the International Community and the likes of Wrong.
In this case, Wrong has to know that whenever she’s scribes her incoherent views on paper about the DRC conflict, Rwanda shouldn’t be scapegoated. The chaos in the DRC is inflicted by the more 130 armed rebel groups and the generational incompetence and poor governance abilities of authorities.
One thing Wrong, the RNC terror outfit co-founder Patrick Karegeya’s concubine, should know is, facts about the 1994 genocide against Tutsi and all other crimes perpetrated by FDLR are irrefutable. She will write all sorts of nonsense but as once aptly put by President John Adams, “facts are stubborn things.”
