Members of Jambo ASBL, the Europe-based association of offspring of top fugitives of the 1994 Genocide against the Tutsi, have once again revealed their long-declared intent to succeed their parents and see the genocide through.
Besides their incessant efforts in denying, trivializing or revising the facts of the Genocide against Tutsi, members of Jambo are currently busy rubbing salt in the bleeding wounds of the genocide survivors while chest-thumping that they won’t betray and disappoint the legacy of genocidal tyrant Juvenal Habyarimana alias “Kinani”.
In so doing, the group’s diehard members are promoting a revisionist song composed by their colleague Bernard Rugwiro Habyarimana who also doubles as the son of “Kinani”, the pioneer of injustice that defined Rwanda’s post-colonial years which the very same man turned into years of a terrible Rwandan version of Apartheid.
Habyarimana that Jambo ASBL is praising history won’t forget that he was a mastermind and promoter of tribalism and divisionism that led to the 1994 Genocide against the Tutsi which claimed over a million Tutsi lives in the course of three months.
The ruthless tyrant’s regime created refugees and he was once heard briefing his inner circle that Rwanda was “like a glass full of water, which leaves no room for more water” implying that all Rwandan refugees could never return home whether peacefully or otherwise.
Jambo ASBL won’t ever succeed in its demonic plan to revive the Habyarimana legacy as Rwandans especially the young generation are committed to promoting unity and shunning whoever wants to resurrect divisionism.
