RNC Mouthpiece Himbara Click-baiting On a Hopeless Rusesabagina Case in EACJ

RNC mouthpiece David Himbara aka Murunganwa – paid by Museveni and Rujugiro to smear Rwanda – is sounding a false alarm on a court case in EACJ (East African Court of Justice). He claims that the Rusesabagina case will cause problems for Rwanda but in reality, nothing can be further from the truth.

EACJ only has jurisdictions on EACJ nationals and residents. In fact, the Rusesabagina’s case in EACJ destroys a key defense by the convicted terrorist who claims that he was no longer Rwandan. The incoherence of taking a case to EACJ, amplified by the RNC mouthpiece is a scarecrow. Most importantly, EACJ does not substitute national jurisdictions; it is an extension of national courts designed to adjudicate EAC treaty related matters. With the prosecution having already launched an appeal on the case, terrorists and their allies should not be surprised if their EACJ case is not thrown out for being sub judice (under a judge).

Himbara, as he called himself after failing high school to fraudulently sneak into University, does not really care about Rusesabagina. All he wants is sensational headline to clickbait a few to his Museveni sponsored propaganda. The EACJ adventure will end in embarrassment and tears for the convicted terrorist and the RNC terrorist propagandist.
