Rwanda’s zero-tolerance policy leaves Museveni’s attack dogs yapping

Whenever an errant government official in Rwanda is held to account for his mistakes, tyrant Museveni’s clownish minions like Obed Katureebe -Robert Patrick Fati Gakwerere on Facebook turns to throwing tantrums at the Head of State. The CMI bubblehead Katureebe thinks Rwanda is like Uganda where corruption was endorsed by the frail ruler himself.

The pig-ignorant Katureebe shared a post full of baloney following the arrest of former minister and Rwanda Agriculture Board –RAB Director-General, Dr Daphrose Gahakwa. She is suspected to have illegally awarded an irrigation feasibility study tender worth billions of francs to a private firm. As good as that sounds, only the dull-witted Katureebe can’t get his head around the fact that being a leader doesn’t put anyone above the law in Rwanda.

Away from Katureebe’s monkey tricks, in the last three dark decades, the frail dictator Museveni has turned Uganda into typical shithole anarchy where corruption has obstructed development hence endorsing human rights abuses, disregard for the rule of law, dysfunctional judicial systems, dilapidated education, and health sectors.

The cancer-dying tyrant Museveni has shielded his family and the Bahima clique from the prosecution to account for the myriad of graft scandals and human rights abuses. Museveni, his epileptic First Lady Janet Kataha Mwesigwa Makumbi, the half Somali brother Gen Salim Saleh and his Genetically Modified LDU General Casanova son Muhoozi Kainerugaba have looted the national resources and emptied the treasury while millions of Ugandans succumb to hunger and poor health conditions.

All in all, the empty-headed Katureebe should challenge his moribund paymaster Museveni on his failure to prosecute his notorious tormenters like Mwesigwa Rukutana, Kahinda Otafire and all the NRM sacred cows. The arm-rotting dictator Museveni Junta continues to wreak terror on Ugandans and there is no end in sight until they ouster the Munyarwanda. Change is now Bazukulu.
