Terrorist Kayumba Nyamwasa Recycles CMI Trolls’ Article

Fugitive Kayumba Nyamwasa is on a new move of recycling CMI trolls’ articles on his Facebook account “Robert Patrick Fati Gakwerere.” Ugandan propagandist’s website, CommandPost, came up with a list of Rwandans that the Ugandan security agents are going to hunt. These are; Frank Manzi Buseruka, Jean Marie Bazirababo, Omar Kaganza, Major Tito Kamasa, Pastor Munyampeta Anastaz and all of them are arbitrarily accused of espionage by CommandPost. This list came out after Museveni signed the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) in Angola.

The hunters of Rwandan nationals want to subject their targeted individuals to inhuman torture just like their fellow Rwandans who have been suffering in Ugandan security cells for months, or even years without trial. Their rights are being violated.

This might make Rwandans still feel unsafe to travel to Uganda even after President Paul Kagame and Museveni signed the MoU. The Minister of State for Foreign Affairs in charge of East Africa Community Ambassador Olivier Nduhungirehe said: “Rwanda is ready to implement the resolutions of Luanda summit, including lifting the travel advisory issued in February, as soon as Uganda shows the goodwill.” He also added: “The implementation of the MoU will rely mostly on the good faith of Uganda.”

But today, Museveni is still going against the MoU agreement especially point 1C that states “Protect and respect the rights and freedoms of the nationals of the other party residing or transiting in their national territories, in accordance with the law of that country.”
