It has become clear to everyone that most of the armed groups in DRC are united by a genocide ideology, passed to them by the high priests of the ideology in the region, FDLR.
One of the delegates narrated to the media how shock engulfed the Safari Park (Nairobi) meeting session, where DRC negative forces converged as part of the Nairobi process. Someone representing one of the groups supported by the DRC government stood up and asked the EAC facilitator, former president Uhuru Kenyatta, “why there were many Tutsis in the EAC secretariat!” But before the facilitator could get over the shock, the delegate recommended that “the Tutsis should be reduced so as to create an ethnic equilibrium in the East African Community.”
The facilitator’s team was left tongue-tied, not sure how to respond to this comment, especially after seeing that most of the delegates from Tshisekedi’s allied armed groups were in support of the comment!
Thus, it became clearer to the facilitator’s team that the issue of genocide ideology in eastern DRC is more malign than what they thought, or what the advisor to the UN Secretary-General revealed recently. Genocide ideology has reached epidemic levels and the government of Felix Tshisekedi in DRC, and hopefully the Nairobi process serves to expose this very well. Former president Kenyatta and others are hearing it from the horses’ own mouth!
While Tshisekedi has been playing victim, that “DRC is aggressed by Rwandan,” the reality is becoming clearer. Tshisekedi and his henchmen have whipped up hate speech against Tutsis, (for no reason but to just create instability that Tshisekedi plans to use to postpone Congolese elections!)
The Kinshasa government has turned Rwanda into a scapegoat (to deflect from its own failures), and to sell their hate to Congolese populations, they target Kinyarwanda-speaking Congolese Tutsi citizens, whom they falsely claim are “foreigners.”
In this hate, of course FDLR, which is in bed with Kinshasa regime (and Congolese army FARDC) is the best partner – even though FDLR is an internationally blacklisted, genocidal, and terrorist group.
Kinshasa government propagandists shout that “the M23 is the enemy” (with propaganda that M23 is “Rwandan sponsored”). But M23 came into existence as a means of survival for Tutsi Congolese citizens.
Hopefully, such outbursts of hate as that addressed to Uhuru Kenyatta at Safari Park meeting can open more eyes to this reality.
The Tshisekedi regime and its allies groups have turned the Nairobi process into a forum to spew hate.
A delegate from Gumino, a group that protects pastoralists from Minembwe from FARDC and their affiliate armed groups like FDLR, CODECO, and Mai-Mai told the media how the genocide ideologues have not toned down even during the peace process.
He narrated how they were harassed and verbally attacked by the pro-Tshisekedi armed groups’ delegates during session breaks. He disclosed that whenever they get a chance during interaction time, instead of discussing peace as recommended, the pro-Tshisekedi armed groups remind Congolese pastoralists that they will send them “back to where they came from.”
Let everyone (of goodwill) take note!
