Tshisekedi Sends Envoy, to tickle Burundi’s Gen. Neva

For the second time, President Evariste Ndayishimiye aka Gen. Neva of Burundi has publicly attacked Rwanda with a litany of insults.

Coincidentally, Ndayishimiye unleashed his diatribe right after receiving an envoy from Felix Tshisekedi that was said to be carrying bags full of US dollars. It is an open secret, Neva’s love for money drives him crazy.

The first bag was delivered when Ndayishimiye still held the EAC chairmanship. He was supposed to mediate “warring parties” but instead, when he saw a huge bag of money, he deployed his army to fight the AFC/M23. Money made him forget that he was supposed to be neutral.

The Burundi ruler’s love for money has caused the deaths of thousands of Burundian soldiers, after they were deployed in DR Congo with very poor equipment, no proper training, and no morale.

Gen. Neva didn’t care, and has never cared about his troops; he’s just a typical “DD” big fish whose greed for money is the only thing that guides their activities.

Losing Goma and Bukavu hurt the (not-so secret) deal of Ndayishimiye and Tshilombo.

Ndayishimiye aka Gen. Neva was, together with the Rwandan genocidaire group FDLR, paid to provide military personnel, and avail the Burundian border for attacks against Rwanda.

But then, AFC/M23 crushed Tshisekedi’s armed alliance, devastatingly, in Goma and Bukavu. The defeat was so severe that Neva quickly changed tunes, desperately begging Rwanda (under secrecy) for a truce.

Tshisekedi, who had just lost a number of allies in his scheme to invade Rwanda, took note of Neva’s new peace overtures. The Zairois then dispatched his minister of foreign affairs – a German woman called Kayikwamba Wagner – to bribe Ndayishimiye.

And so, this time Tshilombo wants his Burundian houseboy to allow foreign troops into Burundi, in his endless plotting against Rwanda. The houseboy only needs some suitcases of dollars to agree, of course.

And now, sources indicate that Neva, hearing that troops would come from Belgium, initially refused the request over the phone. “I can’t allow the colonial back in Burundi, what if they refuse to leave?”, Ndayishimiye was heard complaining.

However, on seeing money, Gen. Neva completely changed his tune.

He’s received promises of Belgian military aid. The peasant thinks he is Napoleon the Conqueror now!

The Burundian tyrant is now insulting Rwanda, spinning lies that “Rwanda wants to attack Burundi” (a mirror accusation if there ever was one!), and so on.

This fellow’s loose mouth will one day land him in more trouble than he can get out of.
