RNC Mouthpiece Himbara is only confusing his sponsors but no one else

David Himbara aka Muruganwa has failed convince the world Rwanda would not have an mRNA vaccine produced in its land. Paid by Tribert Rujugiro, he needs to do so in order to push the RNC terrorist anti-Rwanda propaganda. He failed his task and now he is trying to “confusion” between the vaccine production and mRNA technology.

Rwanda’s partnership with BioNTech will see the BioNTainer established in Rwanda within the year. BioNTainers are essentially modified containers to expedite the setting up of a factory to produce mRNA vaccines.

BioNTrainers are actual factory that will begin manufacturing and distributing vaccine that already exist and all the necessary regulatory approvals have been acquired. In fact, four days ago, at the unveiling of BioNTrainer concept, the BioNTech CEO and the Director General of the World Health Organization (WHO) were all present in the German city of Marburg along with the Presidents of Ghana, Senegal and Rwanda. The European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen, also present said the following about the project, “mRNA vaccines made in Africa, for Africa, with world-class technology. This initiative is a real trailblazer in our global fight against the pandemic”.

Himbara, however, is deliberately confusing the BioNTech factory to the global mRNA technology transfer hub established in 2021 by the World Health Organization. The global hub is a partnership with WHO to create hubs to train people to do research, and learn how to produce mRNA vaccines. It is not yet operational; the hub is a long-term project focused on research rather than manufacturing. Both initiatives are complimentary, one is focused on developing vaccines while the other is focused on the much needed immediate production to address vaccine equity.

Therefore, Himbara’s distortion is nothing but fake news driven by his propaganda task to smear Rwanda. Unfortunately for him; unlike his fraudulently acquired degrees by changing his name, global events are harder to fake.

At best, his attempt to confuse will only lead to false celebrations by his sponsors and terrorist allies like Rujugiro and Kayumba Nyamwasa. But eventually, in a year or less, they will realize that Himbara fooled them!
