The RNC terrorist propagandist, David Himbara aka Murunganwa, is furious that his smears failed to deter a US Congresswoman from visiting Rwanda. Congresswoman Ilhan Omar’s visit to Rwanda left Himbara shamefaced as it proves his smears have no impact, and will never impact Rwanda. Paid by Museveni and Rujugiro, Himbara always writes to try to tarnish the reputation of Rwanda, peddling lies on a daily basis.
So it eats at him when a high profile visitor goes to Kigali. Himbara was heavily bankrolled to lobby against Rwanda, but his “investors” see no returns. Laughable. Between 2014 and 2017, Himbara reportedly paid a US lobbying firm, Podesta, US$ 450,000 from his sponsors to fulminate against Rwanda in the US congress. But lies can never stick, so they got zero returns from that.
When Murunganwa’s attempts at diplomatic sabotage failed, he resorted to rumors and hearsay, with propaganda that “US-Rwanda relations were affected.” How? He didn’t say. He only wanted to please his gullible paymasters. In reality, nothing changed between the US and Rwanda. Senators, Congressmen and women, Ambassadors and others crisscross between the two nations, hold discussions, and cooperate on a number of issues.
Congresswoman Ilhan Omar is just one more high-ranking US personality to travel to Rwanda for either private or official purposes.
Himbara aka Murunganwa the paid mouthpiece and all his propaganda have again failed, thoroughly.
