Kampala-based RNC agent Sulah Nuwamanya could not have waited so long to recycle impotent propaganda on the death of Kizito Mihigo and as usual mudsling Rwanda. He lies about Mihigo (whom a medical autopsy showed he committed suicide) are the type of thing to justify his relevance to his CMI handlers in their anti-Rwanda agenda.
But Nuwamanya should know – his criminal deeds keep growing, and the law will catch up with him sooner or later. Then he will have to answer for crimes such as being the chief mobiliser for Rwanda National Congress (RNC) in Uganda with plans to destabilize the peace of Rwanda, together with his concubine Prossy Bonabana.
Sulah Nuwamanya will also be held accountable as an agent of CMI head Maj. Gen. Abel Kandiho and his deputy Brig. CK Asiimwe. Nuwamanya is involved in wrongly having innocent Rwandans arrested under false allegations – mostly that they are spies.
Most of the victims are abducted, illegally detained in dungeon, and some even tortured to death. The few lucky to be deported will be deprived of their property, which is stolen by Ugandan agents.
Ever since Nuwamanya found a refugee and special protection from Uganda’s CMI, his rambling mind has always compelled him to write and post any falsehoods on Rwanda.
The deadbeat father of four children and a wife whom he left in Kigali irresponsibly (and who are helped by the same government of Rwanda that he smears daily) will jump at any chance to smear Rwanda.
The death of Kizito Mihigo (by suicide) has been a godsend to him. The lawful arrest of Idamange Iryamugwiza, a woman who assaulted a police officer with a bottle while resisting lawful arrest , is Nuwamanya’s propaganda weapon today.
According to Nuwamanya, such a person is a “hero” whose statues should be erected in every corner of the country.
His time to face justice is coming.
