Rwanda makes competence based appointments whilst Despot Museveni appoints his mistresses

Dear Bazukulu of the Arm-rotting Dictator Museveni,

CMI sponsored Facebook mercenary Obed Katureebe aka Robert Patrick Fati Gakwerere diverts attention from Museveni’s ‘who is who’ based appointments in the Matooke republic cabinet and security agencies.

Katureebe’s nonsensical smears remind us what happens in the Matooke republic. Unlike Rwandan appointees who are chosen on merit, in Uganda, the arm-rotting Dictator appoints his concubines in the cabinet positions leaving young competent, professional Ugandans struggling to make a living back in their village homes.

Museveni’s longtime bonkmate Amelia Kyambade is Uganda’s longest serving minister now in the trade docket. The Minister of State for Economic Monitoring Molly Kamukama is despot Museveni’s favorite and youngest concubine. After a myriad of complaints about Kamukama by the epileptic First Lady and endless bitter altercations, the Dictator moved Kamukama from the State House to the ministerial position.

Recently in of the many nepotism based appointments, the frail ruler Museveni appointed her juicy mistress Judith Nabakooba as Minister of ICT and National Guidance.

The bedridden Dictator Museveni wrote a length document recommending his longtime concubine Dr Winnie Byanyima to UNAIDS Executive Director position. Byanyima is legally married to Museveni’s his former personal doctor and opposition politician Dr Kizza Besigye.

Many Depot Museveni’s mistresses are awarded with top government positions and ventures in the country, they include Aidah Nantaba, Enid Kakunda, Hon. Beatrice Rwakimali, Hon. Aidah Nantaba, Hope Kangume, SP Jesca Kaiigomba, Janet Ayiine to mention but a few.

An interesting development from the Matooke republic indicates that the epileptic First Lady Kataha Museveni is leading a clandestine operation to kill all Museveni’s mistresses, she’s working with the Bahima loyalists operatives within CMI,ISO and SFC.

CMI nutty agent Katureebe should be subjected to a mental assessment, his obsessions with Rwandan matters don’t only turn him and his ailing sponsor into laughing stocks but also opens a window to exposes the shenanigans of his failed 35-year old leadership.
