David Himbara, the weed-smoking Rwanda National Congress terrorist propagandist continues his surge in exploiting a global pandemic with trickery to spread rumors that ought to be criminalized. In his program to weaponize COVID19, he doctors a screenshot of the Netherlands’ Embassy Facebook page in Rwanda to tell his lies.
The embassy pinned a post turning it into a front that is updated as new development occurs. On March 12, 2020 at 1:55 PM, the page reflected ZERO cases as illustrated below.
On the 14th of March 2020 at 11:14 AM, they updated the page to reflect the Rwandan Ministry of Health statement published at 10:56 AM on the first COVID19 case.

Himbara is that unethical, his only concern is how to exploit the COVID19 pandemic to enhance his Ugandan regime sponsored propaganda. Similar to his terrorist movement tactic of grenade throwing in 2009 and in 2010, he hopes for chaos and mayhem in Rwanda. Panic is what he hopes to achieve with his fearmongering.
